PE & Sport

Welcome to PE & Sport!

PE and Sport

We aim to encourage a lifetime love of sport and keeping fit. We encourage participation and give students the opportunity to develop physically, mentally and socially through the use of physical activity. We provide a supportive but challenging environment for students to enjoy a broad and balanced curriculum of activities which provide opportunities to acquire and develop skills and apply them in competitive situations. We aim to improve knowledge and understanding of a healthy active lifestyle and give all students an opportunity to participate in different roles and extra-curricular activities.

Physical Education helps develop and maintain confidence, well-being and social skills that can be more difficult to achieve through other subjects.

– Promote health active lifestyles through involvement in competitive sports and activities in the community
